RSB Sports Connect supports young basketball players before, during and after their athletic journey, with a strong focus on the dual career of basketball and academics. The project is built on a simple principle: not just sending a player to a camp or a school, but building a coherent, sustainable and realistic pathway.
The project builds on the RSB Sports track record: camps near Geneva, individual development, young player profile tracking, training center guidance, Europe-to-USA pathways, family support, coach and agent network, and building a global scouting database to better identify the right profiles.
RSB Sports Connect does not just sell a camp or a connection. The project aims to help a player understand where they need to go, why, with what timing, at what real level, and with what family support. This is what sets the organization apart from a traditional agent or one-time intermediary approach.
The project is built on a cross-functional organization between Switzerland, France and the United States. The work base is anchored around Geneva and the border region, with a broader collaboration logic for scouting, outreach and student-athlete opportunities.

RSB Sports camps serve for individual development, evaluation, exposure and building the student-athlete project. The model builds on what was already initiated around Divonne, Geneva et youth events near the Franco-Swiss border.
